The same model can sound like a sharp consultant, a warm therapist, or a sarcastic friend. A soul is the recipe.
What lives inside a soul
A soul in GIBRID.AI is a complete personality bundle:
- Identity — name, avatar, one-line bio.
- Tone — friendly, business, expert, casual. Affects vocabulary, sentence length, and emoji discipline.
- System prompt — the long-form character: who they are, what they care about, what they refuse.
- Voice — pick a TTS voice that matches the personality; replies can be spoken.
- Tools — give the soul real abilities: web search, image generation, calendar reads, code execution, your custom tools.
- Memory — facts the soul remembers about you across conversations.
- Skills — small reusable modules the soul can call when relevant (summarize a YouTube link, look up a fact, etc).
Two homes for one soul
The same soul lives in two places:
1. Inside GIBRID.AI — pin it as your default companion in the chat workspace. 2. As a Telegram bot — one click, and the soul has its own @username, its own DM threads, its own group-chat behavior. Same memory, same skills.
You can run dozens of souls in parallel — one for journaling, one for client comms, one as the team's research analyst.
Studio mode
Souls are designed in the Agent Studio. The editor is split into Identity / Tone / Tools / Skills / Memory tabs. Every change is versioned, so you can A/B test prompts and roll back if a tweak made the soul drift off-character.
Why "soul" instead of "agent"?
Because what makes a useful AI companion is not its strategy or its tool list — it's the consistency of voice. A soul is what keeps an agent recognisably the same thing across thousands of conversations.
