Delete Your Account

1. In the app

iOS, iPad, Mac: Settings → “Delete account”.

Android: Settings → “Storage & data” → “Delete account”.

Web: sign in and open Settings → “Delete account”.

2. Without the app

Email [email protected] from your account’s email, or contact @gibridhelpbot, with the subject “Delete account”. We will verify the account is yours and delete it.

3. What gets deleted

Immediately: sign-in and all sessions, API keys and connections, push notifications, Telegram, Apple and Google links; email and name are anonymized.

Then, within the period in section 8 of the Privacy Policy: chats, generations, personas, souls, voice recordings and files.

Anonymized payment records are kept as required by law.
