2. What a notice must include (17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3))

(1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or their agent; (2) the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) the material on gibrid.ai to be removed, with a link; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter-notice (17 U.S.C. §512(g)(3))

If your content was removed by mistake, send: your signature; what was removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake; your name, address, phone number and consent to the jurisdiction of federal court. The content may be restored in 10–14 business days unless the claimant files a lawsuit.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated.
